Jermaine Dupri sued by Sarai Jones over child support payments
In March, a judge ordered Dupri, a 38-year-old music producer worth millions, to pay $2,500 a month and an additional $7,500 to Sarai Jones, based on the results of a paternity test, according to the Associated Press, which carried the report.Dupri and his attorney have not commented. Jones has a 7-month-old daughter.
Dupri is also facing financial troubles, the AP said, adding that his mansion was almost auctioned off after a foreclosure and that the music producer owes the state of Georgia more than $493,000 in back taxes for 2007. Dupri has a daughter, Shaniah Mauldin, with Pam Sweat.
He says in his 2008 memoir “Young, Rich, and Dangerous: The Making of a Music Mogul,” that he met Sweat when he was 25 and that she told him of her pregnancy after the two dated for several weeks.
Dupri and Jackson broke up in 2009 after being together for about seven years.

TEACHER HAVING SEX WITH 5 STUDENTS?
Whats the deal out there at Kennedale High School in the Agg? A female high school coach and teacher turned herself in to Arlington police Monday morning after a warrant was issued for her arrest involving a sex scandal with multiple students.
Investigators say some students allegedly involved with 27-year-old Brittni Colleps had exchanged sexually explicit texts and pictures with her.
Colleps is a first-year teacher of English and girls’ freshman basketball at Kennedale High School, according to her school bio page, which has since disappeared.
The word is that She is accused of having improper relationships with five male Kennedale High School students, who are all 18 years old or older.
Even thought they 18, she is a teacher and it is against the law for teachers to have sex with students, no matter what their ages.
Concerned staff notified police and an investigation started Wednesday.
Students described having sex with Colleps at her Arlington home during April and May of this year.
Now, Colleps is jailed and has a $125,000 dollar bond. She is charged with five felony counts of inappropriate relationship between a teacher and a student.

Brooke Mueller granted $55,000 a month in child support as Charlie Sheen divorce is finalized
Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are now officially divorced after papers were finalized today, marking the end of their three-year marriage.
Brooke has reportedly been granted $55,000 a month in child support on top of a lump sum of $757,698.70 and another $1 million for her share of their marital home, according to TMZ.
Charlie, 45, will keep the family home though and the settlement documents are said to state: ‘Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola.’
The finalised divorce settlement comes after Sheen lost his bid for custody of his two-year-old twin sons with Mueller last month.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Hank Goldberg said it was ‘in the best interest of the children’ because of ‘questions of abuse and other inflammatory and emotional issues.’
The judge then decided that the couple will continue to share custody under the existing agreement.
Sheen had been seeking temporary custody of the boys following reports that Mueller, 33, had returned to rehab after a week of alleged substance abuse.
The judge was aware that Brooke had had a drug relapse but is said to have been equally disturbed by Charlie bragging about his substance abuse.
Charlie and Brooke married on May 30, 2008, but the actor filed for divorce in November last year after a string of domestic incidents with his third wife.
On Christmas Day in 2009, Sheen was arrested in Aspen, Colorado, after police responded to a domestic violence call.
He pleaded guilty last year to the assault on Brooke after she claimed he held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her during the incident.
The former couple have both battled substance abuse and Mueller was treated at a rehab clinic for a crack cocaine addiction.
During the past year Sheen has also been under scrutiny for trashing a hotel room while porn actress Capri Anderson was locked in the bathroom.
He was then allegedly found ‘intoxicated’ and naked in the hotel by police following the incident.
Since splitting with Mueller, Sheen adopted an unusual domestic relationship with a string of girlfriends that he calls his ‘goddesses’.
Earlier this year he described the relationship with his live-in girlfriends as a ‘polygamy story’ and said he makes Hugh Hefner look like ‘an amateur’.
He was living with his former nanny Natalie Kenly and porn star Rachel Oberlin, sometimes known as Bree Olson.
Rachel Oberlin is no longer seeing Sheen though and last month had her own run in with police after being found guilty of drunk driving.
Over the weekend, the Two And A Half Men star seemed to be taking his mind off his hefty child support payments and divorce by continuing his US tour Torpedo of Truth.
Charlie was at the Chateau Club in Las Vegas with Natalie Kenly following his San Fransisco show.
But despite trying to party his sorrows away, the actor still appeared to have a lot on his mind and was spotted looking glum at the club.

Stacy Schuler highschool gym teacher had sex with high football players,

The 32-year-old is accused of having sexual relations with students on five different occasions in 2010, officials with the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office told the newspaper.
Most of the incidents involved members of the Mason High School football team, authorities said.
Schuler turned herself in on Friday and bail was set at $50,000. She has been ordered to stay away from the victims, as well as any other students.

Texas Teacher in Student Sex Scandal Is Pregnant
A 26-year-old former high school science teacher who was arrested for having sex with one of her students is pregnant, amid speculation that her alleged victim may be the father. Jennifer Riojas is out on bond after being arrested on Wednesday for sexual assault against a child under 17. The arrest came nearly a month after she resigned from her job as a science teacher at Carter-Riverside High School in Fort Worth, Texas.
Court documents detail a tawdry affair between student and teacher, with the two even taking to the teenager’s hospital bed for sex at one point.
Fort Worth Independent School District spokesman Clint Bond confirmed that Riojas left her classroom on Oct. 19 and resigned two days later. Her resignation letter referenced her pregnancy.
ABC’s Dallas affiliate WFAA reported that the paternity for Riojas’ baby has not been established, but that the teenager came forward because he was concerned that he might be the father.
According to an affidavit filed in Tarrant County, Riojas’s alleged victim told school officials that he was 16 years old when he began a sexual relationship with his teacher.
The affidavit details several alleged encounters between the two, including one instance of sexual intercourse in the teenager’s hospital bed in early December 2009 when he was being treated for a sports-related injury.
The teenager, who was in Riojas’ first-period class as a sophomore, told authorities that as he and Riojas got to know each other, she would attend his school football games and he would spend his lunch period in her class, according to the affidavit.
“The victim, now 17 years old, stated that defendant drove the victim to different hotels … at which time the victim and defendant engaged in sexual intercourse,” the document continued.
A hotel clerk in nearby Hurst, Texas confirmed to investigators that Riojas rented a room on Dec. 10, 2009 — with a coupon –and again on Jan. 28, 2010.
Riojas could not immediately be reached for comment.

third-grade wrestler Stevo Poulin won the 2010 Brute National Championship
Stevo Poulin, a third-grade wrestler that has suddenly gone viral on YouTube (see video below) has his sights set on going to Cornell University to wrestle under Coach Rob Koll. Evidently MMA is going to have to wait a bit for Stevo, as he’s a self-proclaimed “great” student with a 96% average. He looks up “a lot” to Kyle Dake on the Cornell Wrestling Team (which is having a great year this year, by the way).
Stevo lives in Schuylerville, N.Y., and in a radio interview with Scott Casber of Takedown Radio, Stevo dished on his impressive record (256-26), his plans for the future (college) and whether he’s more efficient in folkstyle or beach wrestling. Stevo says one thing he’s learned from wrestling is to never quit. He also sees himself as a winner, and seemed a little amused at how the people at school think he’s just a local kid (he’s really an All-Star Wrestling Champion). Stevo won the 2010 Brute National Championship, and looks to be heading that direction for 2011 as well.
I’m happy that Stevo has his sights set on college, but it would be so fun to see him in the octagon

Halle Berry’s Baby Daddy Files For Child Support & Joint Custody
Halle Berry’s baby daddy Gabriel Aubry went to court yesterday to file papers for joint custody of their daughter, Nahla. Even though the couple split up on decent terms last spring, it looks like Gabriel just wants to protect his legal rights. He filed a petition for joint physical and legal custody along with child support.
Seriously, what kind of man files for child support??? Oh I forgot, this dude was not the breadwinner in that household.
